How and why was the “Corvettes For Kids” Road Tour started?

The Road Tour was formed in 1999 by Chris Kayser. Chris has done a lot of fundraising over the years and really enjoys helping children who may not have the opportunity to enjoy the lifestyle that other children do on a day-to-day basis.

As of the 2002 CFKRT, Gary Fenske, who has been vice-chairman with the CFKRT for the past few years, will take over as chairman and organizer.

We would like to thank Chris Kayser for his stellar work over the past few years. Best of luck Chris, we will miss you.

Through the CFKRT, it is hoped that Corvette owners can assist children in dealing with their daily challenges more easily while bringing a smile to their face.
